A Journey Back to Empowerment, Embodiment, and Inner Truth

You’ve been giving and doing for everyone else — your family, your work, your community — and somewhere along the way, you stopped receiving.  You’ve forgotten what it feels like to be fully seen, held, and loved simply for being.  Spring is nature’s invitation to begin again — to balance the light and dark, release what’s been heavy, and plant new seeds for the life you’re ready to grow. This is your time to return to your truth. To remember that your worth was never earned — it’s innate. To reclaim your sovereignty and your right to feel grounded, free, and at peace in your own body.

You’re Ready for This If …

  • You’re ready to release patterns like people-pleasing, over-doing, anxiety, or self-doubt.
  • You crave a life aligned with integrity — where your thoughts, words, and actions finally match.
  • You desire to live from your truth instead of fitting in.
  • You want to connect more deeply to your body and intuition, cultivating trust and belonging to yourself.
  • You value simplicity, peace, passion, and presence.

That quiet pull you feel? That’s your heart calling you home.

Your Weekend Includes

Day 1 – Arrival & Opening (Friday)

Arrive to a serene sanctuary in nature. We open with intention setting, cacao, breathwork, and our first sharing circle 一 an invitation to drop out of the mind and into the heart. Through community and ritual, you’ll begin shedding what’s been heavy and make space for renewal. The evening closes with a welcoming dinner, time to connect, and space to settle into the energy of the weekend.

Day 2 – Ceremony & Deepening (Saturday)

A full day devoted to sacred plant medicine, held in a safe, grounded, and heart-centered container. You’ll journey inward —connecting to your body’s wisdom, receiving insights, and softening to truth. Throughout the day you’ll be guided by experienced facilitators, nourished with wholesome meals, and given time in nature to reflect, journal, and integrate what’s unfolding within.

Day 3 – Integration & Renewal (Sunday)

We’ll begin with gentle movement and nature connection, followed by an integration circle to weave the medicine into daily life. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and connected — carrying the seeds of sovereignty home to keep blooming long after the weekend ends.

Why April? — Why Spring?

The Equinox is nature’s sacred balancing point — equal day and night, shadow and light. It’s a time of rebirth, renewal, and new beginnings.

After a long winter of introspection, this is the moment to plant new intentions, rise in your truth, and embody your power. The energy of the season supports transformation — growth that begins beneath the surface and blossoms outward with time and care.

This retreat is your invitation to align with that rhythm — to let the old fall away, nourish the new, and honor the woman you’re becoming.
